We are delighted to announce that we have recruited a new member of the team. Paul Pearce is a very experienced support engineer.

Paul has been supporting the PC environment for over 20 years. During that time he has worked for many blue chip companies including Compel PLC where he held senior customer service positions and worked on site for a wide variety of Compel clients including BT, Sony, Ericsson, DHL, GCHQ, Oxford University Press, Going Places, UK Atomic Energy Authority, Cunningham Ellis & Buckle, Dun & Bradstreet.

More recently Paul has been providing support to small and medium businesses, an environment to which he brings his vast experience. Whilst at Sony Paul met the now directors of Positive Computing and we are delighted to be working with Paul once again. We know that Paul will be a valuable member of the team and our clients will benefit from his experience and top class customer service skills.

Paul will work on our helpdesk supporting products such as 3CX, Microsoft Office 365, Windows desktop and servers as well as the vast array of other products that we support every day.
